Desired candidate profile :

1.ASSISTANT MANAGER-MECHANICAL ENGINEERING (VACANCY:ONE),

Qualification   :  B.E./B.TECH (Mech.), Age: 30 years.

Experience      : 8 years.

MAIN TASKS:

To design and develop LV Switchgears (MCC, PCC, DB, UDS) to meet customerspecifictechnical,cost and market related technology requirement in accordance with IEC Standards.

- Complete system/component sizing, modeling and simulation to meet switchboard requirement.

- Select engineering techniques to solve problems and make design recommendations.

- Preparation of Low Voltage Switchgear & Compact Sub-station Assembly drawings(PCC,MCC,UDS) based on GA & SLD.

- Knowledge of switchgear forms of separation and IP requirements.

- Part drawing and BOQ preparation for manufacturing.

- Software skills – Mechanical CAD and Inventor or equivalent 3D modelling software.

- Knowledge of Material (Copper, Steel) related standard.

- Knowledge of Switchgear related IEC standards (614939,60529)

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:

Candidates with knowledge of Mechanical simulation & analysis using soft tool, knowledge in value engineering, six sigma tools will be added advantage.

2]ENGINEER – ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (POSITION: 1 NO.), Age Limit:26 to 28 years. 

Qualification   :  B.E./B.TECH

Experience      : 5 years.

 MAIN TASKS:

-Preparation of GA,SLD, Schemes based on customer load list and SLD.

-Electrical BOQ preparation.

-Knowledge of product selection, Busbar sizing and Relay selection for Low Voltage switchgear.

-Knowledge of Switchgear related IEC standards(61439,61641).   CAD SKILL – EPLAN. 

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:

Experience in EPLAN and Electrical product selection is prime requirement.

 3]ASSISTANT MANAGER-ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING (POSITION: 1 NO.), Age Limit:30 years. 

Qualification   :  B.E./B.TECH

Experience      : 8 years.

 MAIN TASKS:

-To design and develop LV switchgears (MCC, PCC, DB, UDS) to meet customer specific technical, cost and market related technology requirement in accordance with IEC standards.

-Complete system/component sizing, modeling and simulation to meet switchboard requirement.

- Select engineering techniques  to solve problems and make design recommendations.

- Preparation of Low Voltage Switchgear GA, SLD and schemes (PCC, MCC, UDS) based on customer specification.

- Knowledge of busbar sizing CT, VT calculation.

- Software skills – EPLAN

- Knowledge of switchgear related IEC standards (61439,61641)

Production Engineers: 

 

-          Job Profile- brief

-          The candidate should have minimum 10 years of experience in the field of Industrial Maintenance preferably with experience in the maintenance of machines related to switchgear and Transformer manufacturing.

-          The candidate should have experience in the maintenance of CNC machines, Cranes, Compressors,  Winding machines, Vapor phase process, Core cutting line Effluent treatment process, Casting plant, Electrostatic powder coating process etc.

-          The Candidate should have the ability to read and interpret machine manuals, mechanical & electrical circuits and prepare maintenance schedules.

-          Should be able to analyse and trouble shoot machine breakdowns and implement effective corrective and preventive action.

-          The candidate should have experience in the field of HVAC, Fire fighting and other Industrial utilities.

-          Should be able to plan and manage new machine installation activity.

-          Prepare maintenance history and plan machine spare based on the consumption.

-          Strong knowledge of facility maintenance and electrical system.

-          Strong communication skill in order to communicate with OEM,s and supplier.

-          Strong  knowledge of engineering concepts  in hydraulics and pneumatic circuits.

-          Ensure commitment to the organization’s Health and Safety policies.

-          Maintain ISO documents related to department.

1. MATERIALS ENGINEER (JUNIOR LEVEL)

Electrical Engineer with understanding of procurement and planning of material related to Switchgear industry.

2.MATERIALS ENGINEER (SENIOR LEVEL)

-Experience in procurement from reputed Switchgear manufacturing industry. 

-Knowledge on components and raw material used for switchgear.

-Knowledge in Inventory Control, Payment Terms.

-Exposure to Quality Management systems.

-Vendor Development.

-Project Management.

3.MATERIALS ENGINEER (SENIOR LEVEL- Site/Project Experience )

-Experience in procurement from reputed Switchgear manufacturing industry. 

-Thorough Knowledge of primary substations related items/ activities like GIS, power transformers, reactors, erection activities, IMCS, ENMCs and IS.

-should be able to handle procurement of site/ project related items independently

-Knowledge on components and raw material used for switchgear.

-Knowledge in Inventory Control, Payment Terms.

-Exposure to Quality Management systems.

-Vendor Development.

-Project Management.
