Desired candidate profile :

Minimum 5 years experience in  GCC & shutdown projects

Supervisor- Mechanica

lDiploma in Mechanical. Minimum 7-8 years experience in turn arounds for static equipments in petrochemical/ fertilizer industry. Experiennce in vessels/ columns/ reformer/ flare/ Heat exchangers maintenance associated with fertilizer plant, includes opening, cleaning, internal removal, repair & box up activities.Assess the readiness of the area for the effective use of resources and complete the pre event assessment sheets on scaffolding, materials, tools and equipment. Compliance to the event HSE standards and procedures ,  maintain good house keeping standards  , Conduct a daily team toolbox talk and set the team up for an safe and effective shift ,  Complete daily allocation sheets for his team, Monitor his teams compliance to quality workmanship.

Rigging Supervisor

Minimum 10 years experience in turn arounds  in petrochemical/ fertilizer industry. To work as a rigging lead . With rigging level 1 third party certificate. Preparation of lifting plans identifications of crane capacity , locations and lifting tools Experienced in heavy rigging activities for petrochemical/fertilizer industries. Knowlede in all safety standards. Exp in erection of exchangers, vessels, valves, flare tips etc. . Inspection of crane third party safety requirments

Piping Supervisor

Diploma in Mechanical.Minimum 7-8 years experience in turn arounds for piping  activities  in petrochemical/ fertilizer industries turnarounds. Good knowledge in the material selection, fabrication, Welding & NDT procedures.Assess the readiness of the area for the effective use of resources and complete the pre event assessment sheets on scaffolding, materials, tools and equipment , compliance to the event HSE standards and procedures ,  maintain good house keeping standards  , Conduct a daily team toolbox talk and set the team up for an safe and effective shift ,  Update the daily schedule progress sheets ,  Complete daily allocation sheets for his team, Monitor his teams compliance to quality workmanship (joint making/tagging, welding etc) , 

Rotary Supervisor

Diploma in Mechanical. Minimum 7-8 years experience in petrochemical/ fertilizer industries turn arounds for rotating equipments .Expertise in PM of motors, decoupling, coupling and alignment of pump motors.Experience in  Assess the readiness of the area for the effective use of resources and complete the pre event assessment sheets on scaffolding, materials, tools and equipment. Compliance to the event HSE standards and procedures ,  maintain good house keeping standards  , Conduct a daily team toolbox talk and set the team up for an safe and effective shift ,  Complete daily allocation sheets for his team, Monitor his teams compliance to quality workmanship.

Electrical Supervisor

Diploma in Electrical with 12~14 yrs / I.T.I. with 18 ~20 yrs. work experience in fertilizer/ ptrochemical industry.

Material Co-ordinator

Bachelor Degree. 5- 7 Years experience in Material Management in large pertochemical industries  turnarounds. Handling of material / Control the Inventory inwards & outwards. Good knowledge in material identification and segregration, Tracking of stock material. Issue of spares and materials from the Client stores and proper tagging and storage. Knwoledge in all tools , tackles & consumables and the requirements. knowledge in safety requirements likes MSDS, third party certificates, inspection certificates etc

Storekeeper

Diploma/ ITI 6 Years experience as store keeper in  petrochemical/ fertilizer industries  turnarounds . Knowledge in materials and resources . Bachelor Degree / Diploma in mechanical Engg .5-6 years of experience in NDT field of LPT / MPI / UT / RT / ECT and Maintenance Quality Concept activities in lagre process plant equipments. CSWIP certificates will added advantage. Knowledge in preparation of Quality documents in Process plant.

Admin Staff

Exp in administration in Turnarounds for minimum 1000 nos of manpower.Coordination with client for Gate pass application, Maintaining manpower daily attendance sheets .Experienced in MS Office

Time keeper

Exp in time keeping for minimum 1000 nos of manpower in Turnarounds. Experienced in MS Office.

Mechanical Formen

Diploma in Mechanical . 6-8 Years experienced as mech foreman in  petrochemical/ fertilizer industries Turnarounds, Good knowledge in the safety standards and procedures. premit systems.  To lead the team and assign the duties and responsblities, Cordination for arranging of materials and resources for the team, Arranging permits and ensure LOTO procedure, conducting tool box talks including job briefing to the technician team as per the work packs, coridnation with the inspection team for inspections. , knowledge in torquing procedure and cordination with inspection team for box up certificates.Exp in Static equipments like shell and tube exchangers, plate exchangers, vessels , columns, tanks, reformers, boilers etc. 

Rotary Technician

Diploma in Mechanical. 8 Years experienced as Rotary technician in petrochemical/ fertilizer industries  Turnarounds .Expertise in PM of motors, decoupling, coupling and alignment of pump motors.

Milwright Fitter

ITI.  8 Years experienced as Milwright fitter in Turnarounds  petrochemical/ fertilizer industries. .Expertise in PM of motors, decoupling, coupling and alignment of pump motors. 

Mech Fitter / Tech

ITI . 8 Years experienced Mechanical technician in Turnarounds  petrochemical/ fertilizer industries  , Good knowledge in the safety standards and procedures. permit systems. Exp in Static equipments like shell and tube exchangers, plate exchangers, vessels , columns, tanks, reformers, boilers etc. Knowledge in opening and box of equipments, blinding, deblinding, torquing requirements, identification of gaskets etc. 

Valve fitter

ITI . 8 years experience in turnarounds as valve fitter in petrochemical/ fertilizer industries . Knowledge in different types of valves like PRVs, control valves, manual valves etc. Pocess good knowledge in removing and re fixing of valves. Knowledge in torquing requirements, identification of gaskets etc. 

Rigger

8 yrs. Experience in heavy lifting/shifting and erection with Mobile Crane, of machineries /equipments, valves of in petrochemical/ fertilizer industries turnaround . Opening and boxing up of manholes, blinding, deblinding. 

Technical Helpers

Experience in turnarounds in petrochemical/ fertilizer industries. 

Holewatch

Experience as hole watcher for turnaround in petrochemical industries. Good knowledge in safety requirments for confined space entry in colums, vessels, exchangers, reformer and tanks 

Firewatch

Experience as Fire  watcher for turnaround in petrochemical industries. Good knowledge in safety requirments for hot work permits.

Welder (ARC)ARC 

Welders experienced in the pipe fabrication for 100% NDT tests. Experienced in the following metals in 6G SS/CS WPS shall be produced for welding test.  Canditate need to pass the Test at site in oman. Failed canditates shall be rejected . 

Welder (TIG 6G SS/CS )

Tig Welders experienced in the pipe fabrication for 100% NDT tests. Experienced in the following metals in 6G SS/CS WPS shall be produced for welding test.  Canditate need to pass the Test at site in oman. Failed canditates shall be rejected . 

Pipe Fitter

Minimum 8-10 years experience as piping fabricator in petrochemical/ fertilizer industries , Understanding of isomteric drawings, Good knowledge in the Piping Welding & NDT procedures. He shall be experienced in gas cutting and tack welding

Fabricator

Minimum 8-10 years experience as piping fabricator in in petrochemical/ fertilizer industries, Understanding of isomteric drawings, prepration of Boq, Good knowledge in the material selection, fabrication, Welding & NDT procedures. He shall be experienced in gas cutting and tack welding

Grinder

5-6  yrs. Experience in turnarounds as grinders. Exp in surface preparation of equipments for inspections,  Pipe edge preparation for fit up, experienced in diff types of grinder machines, Buffing and cleaning of welding joints for inspection. 

Gas cutter

5-6  yrs. Experience in turnarounds as gas cutter in pertochemical/fertilizer industry. Experience in piping/ structural fabrication & erection.

Electrical Technican

10 to 12 years  experience as an electrical technician in large turnarounds in Fertilizer/Petrochemical industrty.The Electrical Technician shall be hands-on experienced and able to do maintenance activities in electrical equipment such as  Transformers, Battery system, Motors, LV panels, LV breakers, Generators, MV panels etc.  Ability to read Basic Electrical Drawings.  Ability to handle tools & tackles for Plant Maintenance scope. Ability to handle test equipment such as HV Voltage testers, Insulation Resistance Tester (Megger), Multimeter, Clamp Meter, Earth Resistance tester etc. Good knowledge on the usage of LV & HV Rubber Gloves, HV Voltage testers and other PPE's during Maintenance activities. Ability to provide temporary power supply arrangements for Plant Lighting, Porta cabins, Plant power Tools, Equipment’s etc.

Jr. Electrician

I.T.I Electrician with 8~10 yrs / Matriculate with 10~12 yrs work experience

Instrument Technician10 to 12 years  experience as an instrument technician in large turnarounds in Fertilizer/Petrochemical industrty. Be familiar with instrument calibration, servicing and trouble shooting of most of the field instruments ( temp, flow, level, presssure control valves,motorised valves and vibration) ; Have the ability to use any kind of smart communicator. Ability to field measure and then install equipment and any needed tubing, tray and piping to complete the assogned job. Also familiar with all standard practices use by the instrument fitting craft. To anlyse open and close loop signals and trace it out. read instrument loop diagrams P & Ids. ability to tune pneumatic controllers.

Inst. Tube Fitter

I.T.I/ Matriculate with 12~15 yrs work experience
