A/C TECHNICIAN - CENTRAL:ITI or diploma mandatory with Gulf experience. Candidates should have experience in package units, ahu / fcu / cassette. Should have prior experience in FM maintenance projects. Candidates with only window & split unit are not required.

ELECTRICIAN:ITI or Diploma with 5 yrs experience ideally  2 yrs of that in gulf. Should have prior experience in FM maintenance projects.

PLUMBER:ITI or Diploma with 5 yrs experience ideally  2 yrs of that in gulf. Experience in irrigation systems, knowledge of pump installations, experience in installations and maintenance of sanitary items. Should have prior experience in FM maintenance projects.

CARPENTER:Structure and Furniture  Carpenter with 5 yrs experience ideally  2 yrs of that in gulf.

WELDER:ITI  in Welding is mandatory. Experience in Duct Fitting / Welding / Pipe Fitter

LAUNDRY TECHNICIAN:Must have ITI / Diploma. Minimum  5 years’ experience. Experience in repairing / servicing / maintenance of all kind of kitchen and laundry equipment’s

MEP SITE SUPERVISOR:Experience  : 5 yrs (Minimum 2 yrs Gulf experience with FM Operation and Maintenance contracts)Qualification   : Engineering or Diploma Electrical or Mechanical Background GCC License is preferred.

Health & Safety Officer:Diploma/Graduation/BE in MechanicalMinimum 3 year experience in facility management .Certification in Nebosh IGC/OSHA is required .

Maintenance Engineer: 6yrs (Minimum 2 yrs Gulf experience with Operation and Maintenance contracts : Engineering Electrical or Mechanical Background Driving license must Company car with fuel, phone and laptop, Annual Flights shall be provided Bachelor status for first 6 months. Family status shall be granted after successful completion of 6 months.

Asst. Manager Cleaning: Gulf experience minimum 10 years in cleaning , experience with Oman companies preferred  Any university degree Experienced in chemical handling and usage of cleaning equipments  like scrubber sweeper, etc… Any valid GCC driving licensce Good English and Hindi language proficiency Safety knowledge and MSDS of chemicals Computer proficiency

BMS Technician:GCC Experience is a must.ITI or Diploma is must .Age : 25 to 35 years .English Speaking / Writing .

Safety Officer : Diploma/Graduation/BE in Mechanical Experience minimum 5 years in petrol / Chemical Plant Certification in Nebosh /OSHA is required .

Asst AC Technician: Industrial Training Institute-Vocational training certificate in Mechanic Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (2 years) & minimum of one year apprenticeship training from major service providers.Minimum 6 years exp,out of which 3 years exp from GCC.Should have sound knowledge & Capable of carrying out PPM Schedule & trouble Shooting of domestic AC units.JD is attached.

MEP SITE SUPERVISOR/ASST.MANAGER/CLEANING INSPECTOR/MAINTANCE ENGINEER/ELECTRO MECH.ENGINEER/CIVIL ENGINEER:Above categories must be have BE/B.TECH with 5 yrs in gulf,total 10 yrs exp.in same field,and have GCC driving licence.
