1. Mechanical Engineer -(Mechanical  Engineer Licence) 

• At least 5 years of construction experience with working knowledge of mechanical and plumbing.
• Computer and program Skills i.e (Autocad , HAP , Duct sizing ,Ms office )
• Should have BMS/HVAC Experience.
• Should have Fire Fighting Knowledge.
• Should have Energy Management.
• Should have Sanitary and Plumbing Knowledge.

2. Industrial Maintenance Technicians

• Diploma degree in Electronic / Electrical / Communication
• Capability to provide pre-commissioning for DDC, MCC panels, Fire System, CCTV, Public Address, Structural Cabling, Sound systems and access control.
• Should be able to handle termination work in panel side & filed devices.
• Should be able to troubleshoot motors for pump & fan applications
• Should be able to read drawings.
• Good knowledge of light current systems (e.g. Fire Alarm, CCTV, Sound system).
• Experience : minimum 5 years

3.Lathe Operator 

MIN  4 TO 5 YEARS EXP WITH GOOD COMMUNICATION IN ENGLISH & HOLDING DIPLOMA

4. Heavy Trailer Driver  Saudi Licence

LICENSE:SAUDI VALID/EXPIRED COPY ALSO ACCEPTABLE

, IF OTHER GCC SHOULD HAVE VALID AND ORIGINAL DRIVING LICENSE.

5. Facutory Helpers 

MIN  3 TO 5 YEARS EXP AS A FACTORY HELPERS WITH GOOD COMMUNICATION IN ENGLISH.

6. INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN

Diploma degree in Electronic / Electrical / Communication

6.Plumber 

Should have knowledge in Installing, repairing and maintaining water treatment equipment, piping and controls, underground storm sanitary and water piping systems, water heaters and conditioners, plumbing fixtures, appliances and trim, plumbing systems and components.

7. BUILDING ELECTRICIAN- (RETURN)

Min 4 to 5 years’ experience in relevant field with good communication in English.

Should have gulf experience.

8.ALL ROUNDER MASON (RETURN)

Min 4 to 5 years’ experience in relevant field with good communication in English.

Should have gulf experience.

9.WALL PAINTER (RETURN)

Mixing, matching, and applying paints and other finishes to various surfaces.

Providing decorative and faux finishes as the project requires.

Calculating the amount of materials and time required for said project.

Choosing and purchasing paint, brushes, and other supplies from vendors.

Communicating with the engineers/foreman to ensure they're getting the look they're hoping for.

10. LABOUR (CONSTRUCTION MAINTENANCE)

Min 3 to 5 years’ experience CONSTRUCTION MAINTENANCE as a labor

With good communication in English.

Should have gulf experience.
