·   Exposure Taper Turning, RH & LH Thread Cutting, Knowledge of Milling machine and processes.

2.CAD, CAM Engineer =JOB DESCRIPTION: MINUMUM 3 ~ 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE.

·   Knowledge of CNC machine, G Codes, M Codes, Drawing & Tooling Knowledge, drawing reading, tolerance & Standards, jigs and fixture (Compulsory).

·   Able to generate CNC programs from the CAD/CAM software (preferably solid works based).

·   Must understand 2d and 3d drawings.

·   Knowledge of AutoCAD, Solid works/Delcam/ Solidcam/ Camworks/Mastercam (Solidcam preferable).

·   Knowledge of 3D Modeling & CAM Programming, All Tool Room activities.

·   Should have knowledge of various CNC machines Controls.(Fanuc, Mazatrol,Sinumerik,Heidenhien etc.)

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION – Degree/ Diploma -Specialized in CAD/CAM

3.SALES & MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE-JOB DESCRIPTION:  MINUMUM 3 ~ 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE SALES FIELD.

·   Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and Related documents.

·   Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.

·   Maintains cost data base by entering and backing up data.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION – Higher secondary education followed by Technical school certification

8.CNC TURNING OPERATOR-JOB DESCRIPTION: MINIMUM 5YEARS OF EXPERIENCE.

·   Knowledge on CNC turning Machines, G Codes, M Codes, Machine Handling & 2D Programming, Independently adjustment of Deviation, Drawing & Tooling Knowledge, drawing reading & tolerance.

·   Should have good technical acumen and understanding of CNC turning machines.
