Instrument Technician

INSTRUMENT OR ELECTRONICS Diploma with relevant experience of 5 years minimum, or Below diploma with relevant experience of 10 years, Has a very good command in English language, Basic computer skills. Require Technical Training Certificate

Minimum experience of "5" years

Must be experienced relevant to this crafts in in construction or maintenance from industrial plants such as petrochemical, Oil & Gas or other related industries   .                                                              

Knowledge in Distributed Control System (DCS), Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Analyzers and field instruments used in production processes. Able to read P & ID Diagram, Functional Ladder Diagram, Process Diagram, & Loop Diagram.                                                                                                                     

Ability to troubleshoot instrumentation failure, install, maintain, repair and calibrate the measuring and control devices used in industrial processing. Experienced with a wide variety of pneumatic, electronic and microcomputer devices used to measure and control pressure, flow, temperature, level, motion, force, and chemical composition.  Good command to work as a Field instrument technician maintenance and construction.

Overhauling, maintenance, & calibration of control valve.

Electrical Technician

ELECTRICAL Diploma with relevant experience of 5 years minimum, or Below diploma with relevant experience of 10 years.

Has a very good command in English language, Basic computer skills

Certificate holder for electrical training course.   Must be experienced relevant to this crafts in contraction or maintenance from industrial plants such as petrochemical, steel, mining, power, Oil & gas or other related industries.  Ability to use electrical testing instrument such as Volt-Ohm meter, Megger, Ammeter and etc.                                                                               

  •  Familiar with electrical system, equipment, control components and its function.                                                                                        

 Ability to assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.   Ability to read, interpret wiring schematics diagram for aid of troubleshoot and repair.  Ability to assembles and tests motor-control devices, switch panels, transformers, generator/motor rewindings, solenoids, and other electrical equipment and components according to engineering data and knowledge of electrical principles. Ability to diagnoses cause of electrical or mechanical malfunction or failure of operational equipment and performs preventative and corrective maintenance. Shall have acceptable English (Spoken/read).
