Job No : 1. OPERATIONS MANAGER- 15. Nos - Salary 375 +OT

Graduate preferably B.Sc- Hotel Management

Must have working experience in industrial catering as Mgmt. & Catering Technology Operations / Project Manager for at least 5 years. Should have or >5 years experience as worked in a multinational environment and managed Operation Manager in multiple operations (offshore/onshore). any large industrial catering 2000 men.Proberly HACCP Level - 3 trained

Job No : 2. Camp Boss 25. Nos Salary - 175+ OT

+2 or Diploma Hotel Mangement

A Certificate from Food Must have worked in any industrial catering at least for 5 years Craft Institute and managed a camp of > 500 men. Should have good training ability, communication and leadership skills and a potential for Knowledge of English growth in the company.Proberly HACCP Level - 3 trained hotel / catering

Job No: 3. Cook South Indian -35.Nos Salary - 140+ OT

Diploma Hotel Management or + 2

Must have worked as a Head Cook in a medium size kitchen, at least for 4 years and have an extensive knowledge of south cuisine. Should be capable of cooking for 500-1000 men. Proberly HACCP Level - 3 trained

Job No: 4. Cook Sappati Maker 30.Nos Salary - 110+ OT

Must have worked as a Chapatti maker for at least 5 years in Industrial Catering. Should know Idli, Dosa, Puri, Parotha, etc.

Job No:5. Butcher - FIsh & Meat Cutting and Cleaning - 35. Nos Salary 110 +OT

Minimum 8 ths Std or Diploma Age Limit 40.

Job No : 6. Waiter 45. Nos Salary - 110+ OT

Must have worked as a butcher, at least for 3 years in any restaurant/ hotel or catering. Knowledge of cutting frozen as well as fresh meat, poultry and fish is required.[ GOOD EXPERIENCE ONLY NEED TO BE SELECTED]
