Job Descriptions :

RESTAURANT MANAGER JD:

Candidate should have Bachelor in Hospitality or Restaurant Mgmt.
Candidate should have mini. 5 – 8 years of experience mini. 2 years working on same position.
Candidate with QSR experience preferred.

ASST RESTAURANT MANAGER JD:

• Candidate should have Bachelor in Hospitality or Restaurant Mgmt.
• Candidate should have mini. 3 – 5 years of experience mini. 2 years working on same position.
• Candidate with QSR experience preferred.

Desired candidate profile :

RESTAURANT SUPERVISORS JD:

Candidate should have mini. 3 – 5 years of experience working on same position.
Candidate should have Diploma in Hospitality or Restaurant management
Candidate with QSR experience preferred.
Candidate will be responsible for 100% adherence to SOPs for the area assigned by self and all the team members. Training and developing the team

FOOD QUALITY CONTROLLER JD:

Candidate should have mini. 3 – 5 years of experience working on same position.
Candidate should have Degree/Diploma in Microbiology/ Food Technology or Bachelor in Hospitality/ Restaurant Management
Candidate will be responsible for food safety, quality of products, provide training on food quality food safety standards. Frequent Verification of all food quality and safety practices and pressure.
Candidate should have knowledge in HACCP, ISO 22000, IMP and Quality Control Testing, Food Safety and defence procedures, Food Quality Audit Process.
