Desired candidate profile :

MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN

? Assures proper installation, preventive maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment and piping systems to ensure their maximum service life and efficiency as well as their optimal utilization

? Performs corrective maintenance activities such as bearing change, opening of pumps for inspection or unclogging, change oil or grease, realignment of equipment,

? Prepares permit to work documentation and follows the health and safety requirements such as safe isolation procedures (Lock Out / Tag Out)

? Understands drawings, schematics, P&IDs and supplier technical documentation for equipment

? Report in written (English) in regards to the maintenance tasks performed, describing the activity properly and giving relevant data records

? Reviews equipment repair to detect required design changes in cases where abnormal/customized maintenance occurs

 

ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN

Assures proper installation, preventive maintenance and repair of electrical equipment and electrical panels to ensure their maximum service life and efficiency as well as their optimal utilization

? Assists maintenance and operating supervision in troubleshooting problems with critical and less critical machinery

? Investigates and troubleshoot to be able to correct issues.

? Prepares permit to work documentation and follows the health and safety requirements such as safe isolation procedures (Lock Out/Tag Out)

? Understands drawings, schematics, P&IDs and supplier technical documentation for equipment

? Report in written (English) in regards to the maintenance tasks performed.

? Supervise the work of electrical subcontractors if instructed to do so by the supervisor

? Reviews equipment repair to detect required design changes in cases where abnormal/customized maintenance occurs

DIPLOMA EEE / E&I + 4-6 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN SEWERAGE PLANT / OIL & GAS

 

 

INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN

? Assures proper installation, preventive maintenance and repair of instrumentation equipment and ancillary equipment such as transmitters, sensors, analyzers, etc. to ensure their maximum service life and efficiency as well as their optimal utilization

? Assists maintenance and operating supervision in troubleshooting problems with critical and less critical machinery

? Performs corrective maintenance operations

? Investigates and troubleshoot to be able to correct equipment issues, provides support in performing root cause analysis

? Provides alternatives when equipment failure is impeding plant operation

? Prepares permit to work documentation and follows the health and safety requirements such as safe isolation procedures (Lock Out/Tag Out)

? Report in written (English) in regards to the maintenance tasks performed, describing the activity properly and giving relevant data records

? Supervise the work of mechanical subcontractors if instructed to do so by the supervisor

? Reviews equipment repair to detect required design changes in cases where abnormal/customized maintenance occurs

DIPLOMA EEE / E&I + 4-6 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN SEWERAGE PLANT / OIL & GAS

 

 

MAINTENANCE HELPER

? Execute cleaning, housekeeping and tidiness tasks of the assigned areas.

? Take samples or help others to take them, following the procedure given by laboratory or operators.

? Get from the store the consumables or materials required for an operation task, and/or help to prepare the required tools.

? Perform routine tasks such as recording data, visual inspections.

? Assist the Operators or maintenance technicians during the activities.

? Report any abnormality including but not limited to: change in water or sludge physical characteristics, leakages, unusual noise, high vibrations or high temperatures in rooms or equipment.

DIPLOMA /ITI /H.SC/SSLC + 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN SEWERAGE PLANT / OIL & GAS

 

OPERATION HELPER

OPERATION TECHNICIAN

? Perform basic maintenance monitoring of pumps, valves, pump motors, instrumentation and electrical panels

? Perform basic maintenance activities . Perform simple task in regards to asset preservation such as removal of oxide or scaling on surfaces, application of paint or surface conservation products.)

? Operate the plant as per instructions received from the direct manager or SCADA Operator and following the health and safety procedure. Ensuring start and stop of equipment upon instruction of management

? Perform basic troubleshooting and assist the Process Coordinator / Head of Operation specially in cases of trouble shooting or emergency

? Preparation of areas (empty and cleaning of tanks, channels, etc) as required for access, inspection and maintenance, following operation and health and safety procedures

? Perform the required housekeeping and cleaning routine.

? Unload chemicals or supervise the unloading procedure by others to ensure safe transfer

Report to manager any abnormal observation regarding process, equipment and operational parameters and suggest improvements

Report any degradation of assets

Check and reports the quantity of chemicals received, unloaded, quality by the use of format defined by the company

Monitors recording instruments, flowmeters, panel lights, or other indicators and react to warning signals, to ensure conformity with optimal process conditions

Control stock of chemicals consumable

 Participate in emergency procedure response and coordination

DIPLOMA IN PROCESS ENGINEERING / CHEMICAL ENGINEERING

 + 4-6 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN SEWERAGE PLANT / OIL & GAS
