1.Mechanical Production Mold Tech

Job Describstion

The role is required to conduct all the molds, direct technicians and operators to maintain/ repair/ change the molding in necessary. The role also takes charge to solve all the molding related issues.

Qualifications*

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical engineer or any similar Field, molding or mechanical relevant majors; proficient in operating computer and professional molding software like CAD; 4+ years working experience in molding design and maintenance, experience in auto industry is preferred;

Core Competencies*

Familiar with operating principles of injection molding, principles of mechanical designing, product quality standards, injection production process; With skills of molding installation, disassembling and maintenance.

Team player

Good problem solving skills in relation to function and responsibilities

Abilities with computers, reading documents, understanding work instructions

Good communication & training skills in assisting operators to understand

Job Responsibilities* participating in development of molds projects, tracking developing plans of molds, compiling reports on test molds and cooperating with acceptance check of molds;

making mold maintenance plans and guide book, tracking mold status and establishing mold files; setting up daily maintenance and management plans of molds and monitoring the implementation; solving problems during mold production, cooperating with mold suppliers and external resources to do mold repairing and maintenance;

Work in a safe manner, following all safety policies and procedures Experience:molding design and maintenance, experience in auto industry: 5 years (Required) Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical engineer or any similar Field (Required)
