Job Descriptions :
1. 10-15 years’ experience in the Maintenance Field related to Electromechanical Services
2. Education: Minimum, Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
3. He Should be capable to lead staff members who mainly repair and maintain HVAC Systems and all other MEP Services in both Residential and Commercial premises/buildings.
4. Ability to Supervise and to Direct the Maintenance staff to effectively perform the functions of equipment repair, start-up, operation and other duties as required to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Should have the ability to read, interpret, utilize and train operation service manuals, schematics and control circuits mainly related to HVAC and Refrigeration Systems.
6. Establish and maintains a regular training programs to ensure that Technicians are adequately trained on the latest service techniques and safety procedures for equipment and general working conditions.
Desired candidate profile :
Head of Department - Maintenance

Benefits provided by company :
1. Salary: Always is based on the candidate’s knowledge & experience but for consideration purposes, maximum salary offered shall be between BHD 900.000 - 950.000 Fixed (including Accommodation & Transportation allowances).
2. Visa Expenses: Should be covered by the Candidates and the same shall be refunded upon completion of successful two (2) years of Service.
3. Air Ticket: One way Air ticket from Home Country to Bahrain (with Max Amount BHD 80/-), should be covered by the Candidate and the same shall be refunded upon completion of successful two (2) years of Service.
4. The Employee apart from the above Air Ticket when joining the Company, also will be entitled for Air Ticket upon the end of the Employment relation.
5. The Employment Contract will be for 2 years (renewable).
6. The Employee will be on probation period for Three (3) months.
7. All other terms and conditions of the Employment will be as per the Labour Law of the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Company’s Rules and Regulations.
