JOB DESCRIPTION FOR DUCT FABRICATOR

Duties and responsibilities

•   Laying out, fabricating and setting up HVAC duct systems.

•   Must be able to read & work as per the HVAC design drawings.

•   Fabricate on-site, install/run both square and spiral ductwork.

•   Work may involve any of the following, setting up and operating fabricating
       machinesto cut, bend, and straighten sheet metal, shaping metal over anvils.

•   Measures and marks sheet according to specifications, using tape measure and
       marker.

•   Cuts aluminum tape according to length of duct and tapes edge of duct to make air
      tight seal.

•   Moves ducts to designated storage area

•   Experience: 3 Years +
