Build a database for contracts on the system.





Follow up with all clients on their current contracts.





Follow up on any new tenders and beds.





Collect all information needed around that tender.





Prepare all documentations needed.





Suggest rates to GM/Deputy GM.





Submit the tender papers.

recruitment, compensations, medical treatments, flight booking.





Build good connections with manpower providers in Oman and outside Oman.





Follow up with sites to fulfill the needs of the sites asap.











7)SR. ACCOUNTANT

QUALIFICATION: BCOM/MCOM





EXPERIENCE ABOVE 5 YEARS





Build a finance system on the server.





Build procedures for finance department.





Propose budget allocation per project.





Procedure, submit and follow up on invoices with clients.





Pay salaries with coordination with HR.





Drawing annual budget & negotiate with management and follow up for implementation.





Preparing documentation for audits at HO and the sites.

Design and pre planning of the scaffold including





weight limitations, scaffold type, fall protection,





tie-offs, supports, etc. Overseeing the erection





of the scaffold. Final inspection of the scaffold





prior to initial occupation for use.
