REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor of Science in electricity or electro-mechanics or Electronics and can present a working experience of at least 7 years.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English
• Knowledge and experience in the Waste Water Plants is an advantage
• Knowledge of Control and Monitoring Systems SCADA/DCS
• Knowledge of PLC Hardware and Software
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Reviews Client's technical documentation and requirements.
• Controls of Project Documents related to I&C including MR, LWO, RFI, Reports
• Prepares the technical documentation (MR, LWO, RFI, Reports, MIR) for instrumentation and systems requisitions and performs the technical evaluations.
• Provides technical support to Project group.
• Optimizes instrument systems ensuring minimal cost and simplification in compliance with the required performance.
• Prepares functional analysis
• Understanding of instrument detail design & P&ID's.
• Prepares instrument data sheets and loop diagrams.
• Material Control for the instrument spare parts
• Implements detail engineering activities (layouts, routings, supports...).
• Programming, Troubleshooting, of PLC Software (AB. , Siemens)
• Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, clients
• Working coordinately with purchasers, team of engineers, technicians, operators
• Comprehending and ensuring that all operations are performed in compliance with the quality standards as well as safety and health regulations
• Managing to complete the project within time and cost constrained environment
• Preparing and approving project specifications, timescales, and budgets with managers/clients
• Testing, assessing, calibrating instruments


2.2. Instrument & Control Supervisor-25.Nos- Salary 500. KD
REQUIREMENTS
• Diploma (or Higher) in electricity or electro-mechanics or Electronics and can present a working experience of at least 5 years.
• Good command of English
• Knowledge and experience in the Waste Water Plants is an advantage
• Understanding of instrument P&ID's.
• Knowledge of Control and Monitoring Systems SCADA/DCS
• Knowledge of PLC Hardware and Software
• Knowledge of:-
All types of Flow Meters, Pressure Sensors/Transmitters, PH Sensors, Pressure/Flow Gauges, Fire Alarm Systems, H2S/Gas Sensors
• Knowledge of Siemens PLC Software and Hardware is a Must

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Daily Routine Maintenance Activities
• Programming, Troubleshooting of PLC Software/Hardware ( Siemens, AB)
• Repairing, Testing & calibrating instruments:-
All types of Flow Meters, Pressure Sensors/Transmitters, PH Sensors, Pressure/Flow Gauges, Fire Alarm Systems, H2S/Gas Sensors

• Programming, Troubleshooting of SCADA Servers & Communications
