Job Descriptions :

1. Supervision and Development of Planning and Project Coordinators, Planner, Draughtsman and Inspection / Lubrication Foreman with Lubricators and Inspectors
2. Ensuring that Plant Lubrication and Inspection is done as per schedules
3. Ensuring that technical documentation is up to date and complete
4. Ensuring that Lubrication, Civil Maintenance and Project Costs are within the budget and on schedule
5. Job planning and coordination between various works departments and contractors
6. Leading the daily meeting for job organization with all Works Departments
7. Master and Shutdown planning. Supervision of weekly planning meeting and follow-up with respective Coordinators.
8. Continuous Improvement of job schedules through job analysis.
9. Continuous Improvement of equipment reliability and performance.
10. Major equipment stoppage and performance analysis, action plan preparation, coordination and follow-up with respective Coordinators and Works Departments.
11. TPM activities, Small group and OPL coordination in general.
12. CAPEX (if decided) and Small Projects coordination internally and with governmental agencies and contractors, action plan preparation, initiation, control of budgets and schedules.
13. Emergency coordination thus ensuring material and manpower availability.
14. Continuous improvement of Maintenance & Project Management Software. Ensure that all Departments are using the same properly.

Desired candidate profile :

6.1 Education
Bachelor degree in Engineering.
6.2 Knowledge (general and specific)
a) Cement Manufacturing knowledge.
b) Cement Plant equipment knowledge.
c) Excellent supervisory and coordination skills.
d) Computers literate. CMMS and Project Planner knowledge.
e) Chemistry of cement.
f) Planning and control of activities using computerized systems
g) General knowledge in all engineering disciplines.
h) Project and Contract Management
i) TPM (Total Productive maintenance) and ISO knowledge desirable
j) Cost Controlling.
k) Documentation Management
6.3 Training attended in Cement Industry (Specific to his job role).
6.4 Language skills
Very good English (written & spoken) for internal and external communication
6.5 Experience
Minimum 8 years in cement manufacturing preferably as a Planning Coordinator / maintenance engineer.
